These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the po999 website and all services, features, and products offered through it (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by po999 and is made available to eligible players in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and po999 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

po999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

To register and maintain an account on po999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced and po999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from po999 or any related gaming service.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

po999 may carry out identity and age verification checks at any stage of a player's relationship with the Platform. Failure to pass such checks, or failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated time frame, may result in account restrictions or closure and forfeiture of funds held in the account balance.

Each player may hold only one registered account on po999. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for SMS verification, account recovery, and communications from po999.
• A strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service. You are solely responsible for keeping this password confidential.
• Your real full name, date of birth, and other personal details as prompted during the registration process. This information must match the identity documents associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment account.
• Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older and that you accept these Terms & Conditions and the po999 Privacy Policy in their entirety.

po999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not guarantee that the account will remain open indefinitely — po999 may close or restrict accounts at any time in accordance with these Terms.

po999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh players:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets — these are the primary deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players. Transactions are processed directly to and from your registered mobile wallet number.
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted for deposits subject to card issuer approval. Withdrawal to card is subject to the terms of your card issuer and may take longer than mobile wallet withdrawals.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. po999 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account may be restricted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These amounts are subject to change without notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must satisfy any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before they will be processed. po999 reserves the right to apply reasonable processing times to withdrawal requests.

po999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees or foreign exchange charges. po999 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

po999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new account holders on their first qualifying deposit. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance automatically upon satisfaction of the qualifying conditions. Where a bonus requires a qualifying deposit, the deposit must be made in a single transaction meeting the minimum deposit threshold stated in the bonus terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Until these wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Each bonus promotion is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless expressly stated otherwise. po999 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• po999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a bonus or promotion is withdrawn after it has been claimed but before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be removed from the account and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• Players who po999 reasonably determines are abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended or closed.

Seasonal promotions, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend promotions may be made available from time to time and will each carry their own specific terms and conditions. By claiming any promotion, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on po999, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may fluctuate before confirmation; the odds at the moment of bet acceptance are final.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and at po999's sole discretion. po999 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with po999's event settlement rules, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes depending on the circumstances.
• po999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, including incorrect odds being displayed due to a data feed fault or system error. Stakes on voided bets will be returned to the player's account.

All casino games available on po999 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's own rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. The following general conditions apply to all casino games on po999:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. po999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game provider's disconnection policy. po999 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Malfunctions in any game software void all pays and plays in respect of that malfunction. po999 will investigate reported malfunctions and, where a malfunction is confirmed, will work with the game provider to resolve the matter fairly.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out and prompted to take a break.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on po999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus promotions.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Exploiting any technical error, vulnerability, or bug in the Platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error will be forfeited.

po999 uses technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, po999 may report the matter to relevant authorities in addition to closing the account and forfeiting balances.

po999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within a reasonable time period following a request from po999.
• Player request for account closure, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

Where an account is closed at po999's discretion due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's request without any breach, remaining balances after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

All content on the po999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of po999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of po999.

The po999 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of po999. You must not use such marks without the prior written approval of po999. All other trademarks not owned by po999 that appear on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, po999 expressly excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if po999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned, including interruptions arising from technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game content, odds, or account information displayed on the Platform, subject to po999's obligation to correct confirmed errors in accordance with these Terms.

po999 may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, po999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substantive rights of players) may take effect immediately upon posting.

The version of the Terms in force at the time you place a wager or make a deposit is the version that governs that specific transaction. It is your responsibility to check the current Terms before using the Platform. The most current version of the Terms is always available on this page.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact po999 support in the first instance using the email address provided in Section 14. po999 will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable time frame. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to a formal resolution process in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
